You can drop your vehicle off and if you don’t want to come in you can put your keys in an envelope with your name, vehicle type, your email address and a telephone number where you can be reached. Then put the envelope through the mail slot next to the front door. We will call you and give you the price of that work and get your approval and then proceed with the work you authorized and the technician will do a digital inspection which will be emailed and/or texted to you. Please look it over and give our Service Advisor a call to review the findings. If there is further work that you would like us to do, the Service Advisor will ask for your approval over the phone. When the vehicle is ready for pick up we will give you a call and go over approval and credit card payment processing.
Vehicle Cabin Air Filter
When you have maintenance or repair done on your vehicles, we do a Comprehensive Digital Health Inspection on your vehicle with pictures and videos of the technician’s findings which is emailed or texted to you providing you transparency. One of the topics of that inspection is to check your cabin air filter and one of the pictures that the technician takes is of your cabin air filter if easily accessed. The purpose of this filter is to filter the air that comes through the HVAC system to prevent pollutants, such as dust pollen, smog, and mold spores from entering. We recommend keeping this filter clean especially with what is going on with the Coronavirus as this filter purifies the air you breathe within the cabin. We are here for you as we all travel through these uncharted waters! Call (707) 263-5422 if you have any concerns regarding your vehicle or have any questions.
